- Use the information and size charts below to learn how to measure your body and choose the right size for a comfortable fit.

- Head
- Measure around head, just above eyebrows. Convert inches to hat size using the sizing chart.
- Neck
- Neck Measure shirt collar that fits you well. Lay collar flat and measure from center of collar button to far end of button hole. Number of inches equals size.
- Sleeve
- Measure from center of back at neck to elbow and down to wrists. Number of inches = size.
- Waist
- Measure around waist over body (not over shirt or slacks). Keep one finger between tape and body. Number of inches = size.
- Chest
- With arms relaxed at sides, measure around fullest part of chest. Keep tape up under arms and around shoulder blades. Number of inches = size
- Chest
- Inseam Measure a pair of pants that fit you well. Measure from the crotch seam to bottom of pants. Number of inches = inseam length.

Uni-sex Glove Sizing Chart
To obtain your glove size, use a tape measure to find the circumference of the knuckle area of your hand. This measure, in inches, is your glove size. If the measure is 10" then specify size 10 or L (Large).
